Text above photograph 'Corn Borer damage on sweet corn planted the last week of April and up to the first half of May has been increasing each year. Marketable sweet corn cannot be produced through that period without insecticides and each year it takes greater coverage to do the job. They started with 3 and now are satisfied with 5 applications.' Photograph taken in Hancock County
