'One of the last diamond smoke stack engines used by C. & O. Ry. out of Huntington about 1886. Ast Nagle Sr, engineer. Mrs. T. J. Bullock has the original of this. Says it was taken circa 1875 when her husband was a hostler on the C&O,  The man at the throttle is T. J. Bullock and the foreman is ___ Bill.'
