Student Protest Outside Reynolds Hall, West Virginia University
Students protest the WVU administration's decision not to cancel the spring semester final exams as many other colleges had decided to do after the United States officially entered World War I on April 6th. Most male students would either enlist or be drafted as soon as possible forcing them to leave school before the end of the semester.
