This dress was made by Miss Blanche,and has a portrait collar. She made it to wear when leaving West Virginia Wesleyan in Spring, 1919 after earning her Graduate Studies Degree, to teach in the Fall in Morgantown. Blanche is the daughter of Alexander and Martha Stonestreet.
