Building in 1940's was bought by an Italian from Clarksburg named Oliverio and named "Professional Building". It was torn down in 1970's to be replaced by Court House annex. Gene W. After high school, he went on to play basketball for West Virginia University and then rose to fame as a player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA before becoming a basketball coach and manager.
