Parkersburg Mayor Frank Gove, Jr. at table with Chief Mechanical Engineer of Dresser-Ideco Co., Columbus, OH, Robert Smith. The garage, located at the corner of Sixth and Avery Streets, will be the first Dresser-Ideco mechanical garage in the country open to the public.
