While I did the impersonation of Charlie Chaplin, his double in both parades here in Morgantown, W. Va.  Might add that my first impersonating of Chaplin was with the old Dixy Theatre on High Street, now where Reiner and Co. in business today.  If you look carefully you can see on these pictures some change in new buildings on High Street, and whereabouts been put up.  Of course, myself, could give more detail or anybody else that has lived around this city long enough to know could recall by looking at these pictures what has been changed, etc.'
