Motto of Cleveland, and Rome, at an impressive ceremony at the Greenbrier White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on Monday evening the 27th. The unveiling climaxed the Annual Children's Fancy Dress Ball, which took place in the Grand Ballroom. Sculptor Motto is standing beside the Bust.'
