At WVU, the Air Corps part-time training was replaced with a full time eight-week course. Other programs were also implemented such as the Army Specialized Training Program.

C., these cadets received ten hours of dual flight instructions by University flight instructors in University planes and classroom instruction in math, physics, geography, English and history from University faculty.
