So #157, Par #1, CCC Co, 3527, S-75, Morgantown, W.Va. dated March 27, 1939. Said Don Spencer, CC5-195935 was born in Masontown, in the state of W.Va. When enrolled he was twenty-one years of age and by occupation a laborer. He had brown eye, brown hair, fair complexion and was five feet none inches in height. His color was white.
