Image Reproduction Order Form

Please familiarize yourself with the procedures, rights and reproductions before ordering West Virginia History OnView digital resources.

Step 1: Your Information

Step 2: Photo Information

Please provide information for each reproduction request from the West Virginia History OnView Collection. Please include the identifier of the image and a small description of the image to help us find the image correctly.

Step 3: Choose Format

Choose Print or Digital
Print Digital
Size of Prints
Finish

Digital files cannot be emailed (all images are 600 dpi unless otherwise requested).

Step 4: Request Reason

For our records, please explain who you are and why you are requesting WVRHC images. The patron will provide the below information and complete the Image Reproduction Agreement form.

Please Note: The WVRHC does not, cannot, and will not warrant or represent that it owns all rights to images within the WVRHC. Responsibility for determining if additional permissions are needed from rights holders for use of images and for securing permissions in regard to matters including but not limited to copyright and invasion of privacy is assumed by the paon requesting the materials.
